While there is definitely a set of questions that everyone should have in mind when buying a car, every person has a specific style and needs.

The idea was to create a questionnaire customized to each user, by either using their personal data on social channels or allowing them to select their interests to create a profile that will determine which questions are more relevant to his/her lifestyle. By encouraging consumers to ask questions, and subsequently providing meaningful answers, Lincoln wants to show that it is a luxury brand with nothing to hide.
